Return Policy

  • Vintage and Antique Items:
    • All vintage and antique items are considered final sale.
    • Exceptions will be made only in the case of damage during transit or upon receipt.
    • Customers must notify us of any damage within 48 hours of receiving the item.
  • Handmade and Home Decor Items:
    • Handmade and home decor items are eligible for return within 7 days of receipt.
    • Returns will be accepted for store credit only, to be used towards future purchases.
    • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
    • A Restocking fee of 15% may be applied
  • Damage Claims:
    • Customers must report any damage to handmade or home decor items within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
    • Upon verification of damage, a new item will be sent to the customer.
    • Damage claims made after the 48-hour window may not be eligible for replacement.
  • Return Procedure:
    • To initiate a return or report damage, customers must contact our customer service team via email at info@houseboundinteriors.com
    • Customers may be required to provide photographic evidence of the damage to expedite the resolution process.
    • Return shipping costs for non-damaged items are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Refunds:
    • Refunds are issued in the form of store credit only.
    • Store credit can be used towards future purchases and does not expire.
